Victory Computer deals exclusively with 100% original and authentic products. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we offer a separate warranty on products purchased from us. Below are the key details of our warranty policy:
Warranty Claim Process
Hassle-Free Warranty Claims:
For products with international warranties, Victory Computer charges a 20-25% surplus of the product cost to handle warranty claims on your behalf. This includes shipping and handling costs.
Warranty claims typically take 10 to 90+ days, depending on the severity of the issue.
Exclusions:
Chargers and Batteries: Not covered under warranty due to voltage fluctuations (chargers) and natural battery degradation over time.
Physical Damage: Damage caused by spills, drops, or accidents is not covered.
Broken Warranty Seal: If the warranty seal is broken, the warranty becomes void.
Manufacturing and Built-in Issues: Some issues (e.g., loose hinges, IPS backlight bleed, yellowish screens) are not covered.
Overclocking and Overheating: Damage caused by overclocking, excessive heating, or dust is not covered.
Software Issues: Corrupt drivers, malware, slow performance, or blue screen errors are not covered.
Promotional Items: Items like laptop sleeves, stylus pens, or other freebies are not covered under warranty.
We will consider warranty as void if any repairing procedure is done on the product.
Required Documents:
Keep the laptop box, invoice, and warranty card safe. These are mandatory for warranty claims. Missing any of these will void the warranty.
Repair or Replacement:
The manufacturer reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective component.
Data loss during the warranty process is not covered. Always back up your data before submitting the device.
Warranty Exclusions for Laptops
No Warranty for: Touchscreens, hinges, speakers, and adaptors.
Overheating Issues: Gaming laptops and devices with graphics cards may heat up during heavy usage. This is normal and not covered under warranty.
Promotional Items: Defects in promotional items (e.g., laptop sleeves, stylus pens) are not covered.

Warranty claims can only be made within the specified warranty period.
