Replacement Policy

3-Day Replacement Guarantee: Victory Computer offers a 7-day replacement policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. The product must be returned within 3 days of purchase.

Conditions for Replacement:

Notify our customer support team immediately on the same day of delivery if there’s physical damage or defects.

Replacement is only for products with the same serial number and specifications.

Products must be unused and in original condition if the product is activated 15% deduction from the sale price would be charge from the buyer in case of return.

Exclusions:

- Replacement for company-sealed products (e.g., Apple MacBooks, Microsoft Surface).

- Replacement for buyer’s remorse, upgrades, or dislikes.

- Replacement for products damaged due to misuse.

- Replacement for warranty duration discrepancies due to transit time.

Shipping Costs:

If the wrong product is delivered, the buyer bears both-side shipping costs.

If the product is rejected at delivery, 10-40% of the total amount will be deducted.

Product Variations:

Minor variations in product appearance or specifications (as per manufacturer’s disclaimer) do not qualify for replacement.

Customers are advised to verify product specifications on the manufacturer’s official website before purchasing.

Warranty Policy

International Warranty:

Victory Computer do provide warranty claims for products with international warranties In case of warranty claim a period of 3-4 weeks will be demanded from the customer.

Customers must pay the amount of carry charges depending upon the product value for claim of warranty.

Local Warranty:

Customers are responsible for checking and receiving the warranty card and invoice upon delivery.

Warranty duration may vary due to transit time; Victory Computer is not responsible for this discrepancy.

No 1st Invoice for International Items: Victory Computer cannot provide the first invoice for internationally sourced items.
